Shipping Policy

  • FREE SHIPPING On All Orders over $99. in Alberta before applicable taxes and after discount/promo codes.
  • All orders up to $99, the cost of shipping is a flat rate of only $9.95.
  • This shipping option is applicable for all orders within ALBERTA shipped via standard delivery, with tracking information and email notifications. Shipping is not waived for free promotional items.
  • Rural/Remote areas: Free shipping is not available when the shipping address is a remote location and may require additional shipping charges. If this is the case, we will email you before shipping your order.
  • Ship via Standard delivery: Orders takes 5-8 business days, not including weekends and holidays.
    Our processing time for orders may take up to 24-48 hours. Once processed, the estimated delivery time can take anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on the shipping destination.
  • Undeliverable/unclaimed Packages: Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable/unclaimed. When the carrier returns an undeliverable/unclaimed package to us, we will make contact with you to make arrangements for reshipment. We are charged by the shipper for the return postage and the additional charge incurred to reship. These charges will be charged to your account for actual shipping costs once received back MINUS the postage incurred to send it and the return postage.
  • Lost/Stolen Packages: Occasionally packages are either lost or stolen we must allow up to 30 days for the carrier to complete their investigations along with the possible support of the authorities. During this time we must allow them to complete before any order can be reshipped or refunded.
  • Order Address Errors: Parcel/Shipping labels are generated directly from the information you have provided on the ‘checkout page’. Please ensure all information you provided is correct. If an error is made on your address and Canada Post has to correct your address to affect delivery an additional charge of $22.49 will be applied to your account. If the address cannot be corrected by Canada Post and the item is “returned to sender”, We are charged by the shipper for the return postage and the additional charge incurred to reship. These charges will be charged to your account. If at that time you choose to cancel your order we will issue a refund for the item(s) once received back at our warehouse MINUS the postage incurred to send it and the return postage. Please double check your address to ensure it is complete and accurate.
  • Note: Although you may have received free shipping there is an actual cost we pay to the courier to ship your order. Any error or undeliverable/unclaimed packages you are responsible to cover that actual cost.

Return Policy

  • Return or exchange requests can be made within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • Please contact our customer service department @ Contact Us. We will not refund orders unless we are first contacted only so we can access the problem and determine how best to handle it. Be sure to include your order number in all correspondence.
  • To be eligible for return, all packaging material must be in the original condition, undamaged and unused. Due to the nature of the products that we sell, we will not be able to replace or refund unwanted items if they have been opened or any seals are broken.
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. If the order has already been dispatched, 15% cancellation fee is charged. Once an order is placed you cannot change &/or add products.
  • A refund will be issued less the original ACTUAL postage whether the order was over or under $150 AND the return postage incurred to us by your selected shipper plus a 15% restocking fee.
  • For any damages or claims, please retain the shipment and packaging for inspection for a period of 30 days. Failure to retain the shipment and packing for inspection may result in the claim being denied.
  • Order Discrepancy:Our goal is to ensure you receive your order quickly and 100% accurate. If you find an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please ensure you keep your invoice that contains your full order details
  • If your refund is approved, then it will automatically be credited to the original method of payment, within 7-10 days.
  • goodgood HEALTH reserves the right to alter and enforce this Return and Refund Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice to users. Also, we reserve the right at any time to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever. If the price of any product you order was incorrectly displayed on our Website, we will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price.
